The average delivery time for all Paintings - from 3 to 5 days.
All products are sent by express delivery DHL !
Please note that shipping time is counted from the moment the artist finishes drawing your painting.

We ship paintings only after client's confirmation of the photos of his artwork.
Buyers cannot change their delivery address after the order was shipped out.
All paintings are packed carefully in a strong cardboard box, shipped with DHL.
A tracking number will be sent to you.

"Stretched" means that painting created on canvas stretched on the wooden frame, it's ready for hanging.
"Not stretched" means that painting created on not stretched canvas, rolled in a tube, so you'll have to stretch this canvas in the art workshop.

-Never hang your canvas painting outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source.
-Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.
-Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your canvas painting.

If you receive a damaged painting you must save the damaged box so I can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & painting to launch their investigation. All of my paintings are fully insured.

The most of art on the site were sold, your painting will be created very similar in same style, colors, you will receive the same quality and beauty of the painting as what you see from the pictures.

1. I accept cancellations only within 24 hours after an order was made ( at latest due to we might be in different time zone).
2. In case of cancellation after 24 hours after an order was made, buyers are responsible for all costs of used materials:
*In case of cancellation after 2-3 days the order was placed, we are holding charge of 10%.
*In case of cancellation after 4 days and later the order was placed, we are holding charge of 15%.

We accept exchange and return of orders, it has to be in the original condition, without operating traces, in order to make an exchange, contact us within 14 days. Shipping is paid by the buyer.

In case you do not accept delivery within 30 days after day of the shipment, the painting will be disposed of. As a result, you will get a partial refund for your order.

We do not provide alternative payment methods except PayPal
You may be able to pay with a card via PayPal without a PayPal account. Here’s how:
1.) Click Check out with PayPal and you’ll be redirected to PayPal. Instead of choosing to pay with your PayPal account, select Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
2.) You'll be prompted to fill in your billing and credit card information.
3.) Enter your email address so PayPal can send you a receipt.
4.) Click Continue to return to Etsy. Your payment isn't sent until you click Submit order on Etsy.
